The Movement and Nature of Energy
There will be a workshop focusing on the movement and nature of energy within a Neo-Pagan context taking place on the evening of Tuesday February 26th from 7:30-roughly 10 pm. Location is at Concordia's Multi-Faith Chaplaincy (2090 MacKay St.), in the meditation room (the basement). Cost is free.
To elaborate a bit on the theme: we will be discussing and doing exercises related to visualization, grounding, shielding and clearing in addition to some energy sensing exercises.If you're new to magick (or need a refresher), this workshop is right up your alley! Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing as we will be moving around.
